PURPOSE CODE
purpose code means when you are receiving money from other country then what is the purpose of your cross border transaction. you need to choose a purpose code by helping them to know the exact nature of your cross boarder transaction.
PANCARD NUMBER
pancard number for your identity. Add your pancard number in paypal. Make sure that your name in pancard is exact the same name in paypal.
BANK ACCOUNT
Bank accounts to withdraw money. Most of the bank in india which have IFSC code supports the paypal.If you are from india, you need to know which indian bank supports paypal. if you do not know, then type in google search "indian bank that supports paypal"
after you got a bank account then add your bank account in paypal and add your ifsc code, If you do not know what is the ifsc code of your bank, then ask the branch people what is the ifsc code of that bank branch othewise in google, search the ifsc code of your bank branch. Suppose you have opened an account in SBI and branch name is MIYAPUR then type in google search IFSC code of SBI BANK in miyapur branch, hyderabad. So that, you will get your ifsc code.
Now in paypal, add your bank account number and branch ifsc code. After successfully adding your bank account, paypal will deposit 2 small amount of money in your bank account. Then you can check your account after 4 business days of deposit. Find out the exact two amount which paypal has deposited in your account, then add that two amount in paypal for your account confirmation. Now its over. Your account will be verified. Your sending and withdrawing limit will be removed. Then you can receive your money through paypal. Later you can withdraw that money to your bank account according to your convenience .

after clicking on sign up you will get a page like below. You have to choose an account for individuals. Follow the instruction below
step-2 fill up your necessary information, each and every field is required. While filling up the registration form provide your real information, like your name, it should be match with your bank account name and your actual date of birth

and here you have to fill the code which is shown in image below. Next click on continue

and fill your password. next, you will get a page like below. Here you
have to choose two security question for your password recovery. In case
you forget your password in future, then this security question and
answer will help you to recover your password. choose two questions and
write your own answer for that. Then click on submit.

step 7- now you will get a page like below. just little scroll down and you will get 3 options. option 1- add purpose code

step 8- once you click on resolve in add purpose code, you will get a page like below. just select your purpose code. You can select business and management consultancy. Then click on save.
step 9- after saving , you will get a page like below. It will ask you to link bank. then click on link bank.
now fill your name , bank ifsc code, and bank account number. Then click on continue.
Now
paypal will send two small deposit to your bank account. you have to
check it in your bank after 6 business days. once you come to know the
deposit amount, just log into your paypal account and click on get
verified. See below
then
it will ask you to fill up the two amount. Once you fill up the the two
amount click on confirm. Now its over, your limitation will be removed
and you can start receiving and sending money through your paypal
account. If , you still face any problem with your transaction then
click on help option in paypal and contact them through their toll free
number.
